- 350 g spelt flour
- 2 pcs apples
- 120 ml oil
- 3 pcs Eggs
- 150 g Cane sugar or another sweetener
- 1 packing baking soda

1. Step
Beat the eggs with sugar until frothy.
2. Step
Add oil and flour with baking powder. Stir.
3. Step
We add grated apples and stir again. If the dough is too thick, we add some water.
4. Step
Often we pour the mixture into a greased and floured mold. Bake at 170 degrees for about 50 minutes.
