- 3 cups Self Raising Flour
- 11⁄2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- olive oil

Directions
In a bowl, add the self-raising flour and salt and lightly mix.
Make a hole in the centre of the flour mixture and add half of the water. Then, mix and add the remaining water. Mix until obtaining a sticky dough.
Flour a board and knead until the mixture comes smooth.
Cut the mixture into strips. Then cut across strips forming rectangles.
In a frying pan, place a dash of olive oil. Then, place the cut scones. Cook each for 1 minute on both sides until it browns.
Remove the scones from the oil and place them on a paper towel.
Top with the tastes of your choice. Serve and enjoy!
