- 600 g boneless chicken
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 25 g yoghurt
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 400 g onions
- 2 tablespoon garlic
- 11⁄2 tablespoon ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon crushed cardamom
- 1⁄2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon red chilli
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 pods cloves
- 1⁄4 teaspoon saffron
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 300 ml water
- 55 g fresh cream

Marinate chicken with black pepper, salt, and yoghurt for 2 hours.
