- 3 tablespoon tomato extract
- 3 tomato
- 2 red onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- ginger
- 2 cups white or parboiled rice
- 1 tablespoon powdered chicken broth
- 1 Cup liquid chicken broth
- thyme
- 1 ground black pepper
- Curry
- 1 paprika
- chilli peppers
- 11⁄2 Cup water

Directions
Chop the purple onions, red pepper, garlic cloves, pepper and ginger.
Put everything in a blender along with the tomatoes, water and the listed spices. Whisk everything together until well mixed and set aside.
In another pan, add chosen spices, tomato extract and vegetable oil. Cook for 10 minutes.
Mix in the chicken stock powder and the already prepared liquid red sauce.
Wait for it to become more consistent and add the rice.
Mix and add the liquid chicken broth, mix and let it cook until the rice is done.
Finish with green seasoning, or with vegetables, or meat of your preference.
