Autumn crumble cake
Crumble cake is a really quick dessert to make, a warming treat on cool autumn days, and can be topped with fruit. The special thing about this version is that it's sugar-free, so it's also great for dieters.
Ingredients
- 200 g oat flakes
- 150 g butter
- 100 g Erythritol (or other natural sweetener)
- 4 alma (or other fruit)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions
1) Combine oatmeal, butter and sweetener in a bowl and mix until crumbly. While you're at it, preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. After that, get the other ingredients, the oatmeal, butter and sweetener will no longer be negligible.
2) Peel and chop the apples. Mix the fruit and cinnamon together and set aside. The apples are not only delicious, but they are also a great visual element on top of the baked crumble cake.
3) Place the apple mixture in the bottom of a heatproof dish and sprinkle with the crumbled dough. When you sprinkle the crumble over the dough, be careful not to bite into it in too big a chunk, as some parts of the crumble may be harder after it is all baked.
4) Bake the cake in the oven on preheated heat for about 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Attention, the cake will be done quickly! Don't let it overcook!
