Avocado soup
Avocado cream soup is a quick, tasty and healthy meal.

- 2 a piece ripe avocado
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 cups chicken broth
- lemon juice
- 1⁄2 mug whipping cream
- salt and black pepper to taste

1. Step
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Tip: choose a super ripe avocado.
2. Step
Put the avocado flesh, the garlic clove, which we peeled and finely chopped, the lemon juice and the cream in a blender. Blend until smooth.
3. Step
Pour the mixture into a saucepan, add the chicken stock and bring to the boil.
4. Step
Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste. Serve it garnished with, for example, coriander leaves.
