Healthy breakfast for a few days in advance or for the entire family? Prepare the day before and just pull out and serve in the morning.
Ingredients
- 120 g oat flakes
- 30 g Protein
- 1 pcs egg
- 1 pcs banana
- 1 pcs apple
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions
Mash the banana with a fork and mix it with an egg. Add grated apple and mix. Stir in the flakes, protein, and cinnamon. Pour the mixture into a bishop's loaf tin lined with baking paper. I added pieces of banana and apple on top. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
We can serve it with peanut butter or yogurt/cottage cheese.
Out of the given set, I got 3 pieces, which you can see in the photo. 😊
