- 200 g special fine flour
- 500 ml milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 pinch salt
Filling
- 200 g ham
- 200 g cheese
Baking
- self-rising flour
- melted butter
- milk
- cooking cream

1. Step
Make pancake batter by mixing flour, milk, eggs, and salt.
2. Step
Cook the pancakes on the pan.
3. Step
Spread out the pancakes and place slices of ham and cheese on each one.
4. Step
Roll up the pancakes and place them in a greased baking dish.
5. Step
Heat the butter in a pan and mix it with flour and milk to create a thick cream.
6. Step
Add cream to it and stir.
7. Step
Pour the mixture over the pancakes and sprinkle it with parsley.
8. Step
Bake the pancakes in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
