Baked Pear
I prepared a baked pear, but an apple is also great. I’m also adding a quick recipe but you can guesstimate the ingredients according to the size of the fruit 🥰

- pear
- 1 tablespoon sugar / honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 10 roasted almonds

Cut the pear in half and scoop out the center. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl, mix together 15g of flakes, 10g of almonds (I used both ground and flakes), ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of butter, and 1 teaspoon of honey. Layer the mixture onto the pear halves and bake for approximately 15 minutes (until softened). Serve with Greek yogurt or cottage cheese. 😇
