Baked Túrós Csusza

  • 300 g Trappist cheese Added to
  • 150 g smoked bacon Added to

1. Step

Put the pasta in boiling salted water the day before. When it's cooked, drain it.

2. Step

Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry it in a pan. When it's done, add the crushed garlic.

3. Step

Once you take it off the fire, add the sour cream and grated cheese, then evenly distribute this mixture on the dough.

4. Step

Bake it in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes, until the cheese melts and becomes beautifully golden brown.
