Baking Pudding Cookies for Christmas
These delicious pudding cookies are tender and soft and can be made with vanilla or chocolate pudding. They are perfect for sharing with family and friends during the holidays. Easy and quickly prepared, the best recipe for Christmas baking.
Ingredients
Dough
- 125 g sugar
- 200 g butter
- 1 Pack Vanilla or chocolate pudding powder
- 2 Piece yolk
- 300 g flour
- 1 Teaspoon baking soda

- 200 g confectionery sugar
- 2 Tablespoons milk

Directions
Step 1: To make the pudding cookies for Christmas, first prepare the dough. Sift the flour with the baking powder, make a dent in the dough.
Add the pudding powder, sugar, butter and egg yolks and shape into a smooth dough. Form the cookie dough into a ball and let it rest in the refrigerator for about an hour, wrapped in foil.
Step 2: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Shape the kneading dough into a roll and cut it into 1cm thick slices. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 12 minutes until golden brown.
Step 3: Decorate the pudding cookies as desired with powdered sugar or icing. The wonderful Christmas pudding cookies are ready!
