- 120 g fine oat flakes
- 120 ml whole milk
- 1 banana
- 40 g Peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon Load cocoa
- 1 teaspoon Of rice syrup other sweetener
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Small fruit
- Nuts
- or Coconut chocolate on the cake surface

1. Step
We blend the banana with the flakes.
2. Step
Add the rest of the ingredients, milk, peanut butter, baking powder, carob and syrup. Stir everything thoroughly.
3. Step
Often we use a spoon to put it into a silicone mold or spread it on baking paper and put it on a tray.
4. Step
We put whatever we like on top, I chose blueberries.
5. Step
We put it in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or as needed. (toothpick test)
