1. Step
Prepare the bananas. Peel them and cut them in half lengthwise.
2. Step
Prepare the dough. In a bowl, mix flour, water, sugar, and salt until you get a smooth dough.
3. Step
Wrap the banana halves in dough and then fry on medium heat until golden on each side.
4. Step
Drain the bananas from excess fat on a kitchen towel.
5. Step
Sprinkle the bananas with chocolate sauce before serving.
