Grease a rectangular slice tray (around 18 x 28 cms) and line it with baking paper, keeping some overhang for easy removal of the slice.

2. Step

Roughly chop the Mars Bars and place them in a large microwave-safe bowl with the butter.

3. Step

Melt the Mars Bars and butter in the microwave on a low heat, stirring every 30 seconds, until the two are combined into a smooth mixture.

4. Step

Add the Rice Krispies to the melted Mars Bar mixture and quickly stir until the cereal is fully coated.

5. Step

Press the mixture into the tray and flatten it with the back of a spoon, ensuring it is evenly distributed.

Melt the milk chocolate in the microwave on a low heat, stirring every 30 seconds, until it is completely smooth. Pour the melted milk chocolate over the base layer and smooth it out with a knife.

Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, or until the chocolate has hardened.
