Bean Brownies with Raspberries
This recipe is a perfect healthy alternative to classic brownies. Thanks to the beans, this dessert is rich in protein and fiber.
Ingredients
- 400 g black beans
- 3 pcs egg
- 100 g cocoa
- 150 g sugar
- 1 Spoon Vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 Spoon salt
- 1 Spoon baking soda
- 250 g raspberries

Preheat the oven to 175°C and line the baking tray with baking paper.
Thoroughly mix the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. Add the washed and drained beans and blend until smooth.
Add dry ingredients - cocoa, salt and baking powder, and mix until the ingredients are imperfectly combined.
Spread the dough in a baking dish and sprinkle with raspberries.
Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. Let it cool down and then cut into squares.
