Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the almond milk, vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract.
