Best Homemade Vegan Sausage Hot Dogs

Ingredients
- 2 cups of Vital Wheat Gluten
- 1⁄4 Cup of nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 Cup of vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 8 Vegan Hot Dog Buns
- Toppings of your choice: Mustard, Ketchup Sauerkraut Onions Relish etc.

Directions
In a large bowl, mix together the vital wheat gluten, nutritional yeast, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
In a separate bowl, whisk the soy sauce, vegetable broth, tomato paste, and vegetable oil together.
Gradually add the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until well combined. Knead the mixture for about 2 minutes until it forms a dough.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape each piece into a hot dog form.
Bring a large pot of water to boil, place the vegan hot dogs in a steamer basket, and steam them for about 20 minutes.
After steaming, you can either grill the vegan hot dogs or pan fry them with a bit of oil until they are slightly browned.
Serve the vegan hot dogs on the buns with your favorite toppings.
