Begin by draining and pressing your tofu. Place the tofu block between two paper towels and put a heavy object on top for about 15 minutes to remove the excess water.

2. Step

While the tofu is draining, make your marinade. In a bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, ginger, green onions, and chili flakes.

Cut the tofu into square slabs or cubes, according to your choice. Place the tofu into the bowl with the marinade, making sure each piece is covered.
