Blueberry cupcakes
Blueberries 🫐 and white chocolate 🤤⁉️ I believe you love this combination 🫐😅, as they are the major ingredients in this recipe 😍 (This will yield approximately 12 cupcakes 😊). These cupcakes are moist, soft, fluffy.

- 2 Eggs
- 200 g Plain flour
- 10 g baking powder
- 80 g brown sugar
- 200 g Bilberry
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch for coating blueberries
- 100 ml milk
- 100 ml oil
- 100 g white chocolate
- vanilla Ground
- pinch real vanilla
Cream
- 175 g white chocolate
- 200 ml Whipped cream for ganache
- 250 g mascarpone

Directions
Whisk the eggs with sugar until foamy. Add oil, milk.
Mix all dry ingredients (flour with baking powder), vanilla, and then manually mix in melted chocolate and blueberries that we mixed with cornstarch.
We often fill the dough into the mold and bake it at 180 degrees, approximately 25 minutes. We test it with a skewer, if there’s still dough on it we continue baking, if it’s dry it’s done.
Let it cool.
Chocolate ganache cream:
We heat up the whipping cream and mix the chocolate in it. We let it cool in the refrigerator. After solidifying, we whip it with mascarpone.
We fill up the pastry bag and spread the cream on the cooled cupcakes.
