- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 l broth
- 200 ml cooking cream

1. Step
First, clean the broccoli and cauliflower and divide into florets.
2. Step
Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the onion and garlic and fry them.

Then add the broccoli and cauliflower and mix everything together.

Pour the broth over the vegetables and bring to a boil. Cook the soup for 15-20 minutes.
