- 1 pcs broccoli
- 2 pcs Potatoes
- 2 pcs carrots
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 l Waters
- 1 tablespoon Veggies
- Salt, pepper

1. Step
Clean the broccoli, divide into florets.
2. Step
Meanwhile, peel and chop the potatoes and carrots.
3. Step
Fry the chopped onion and garlic cloves in oil. This will add a wonderful aroma to the soup.
4. Step
Then add the diced potatoes and carrots to the onions. Sauté them for a while and then pour water into the pot.
5. Step
Finally, add the broccoli to the soup and cook until the vegetables are tender.

Add salt, pepper and veggies to the broccoli soup according to your taste.
