Ingredients
- 320 g Chocolate best over 70% (I use a mix)
- 220 g butter
- 3 egg
- 250 g crystal sugar
- 85 g special fine flour
- 1 ts baking powder

Directions
Melt the chocolate together with the butter in a water bath.
In another bowl, we beat the eggs, add sugar and beat.
Carefully mix this egg mixture into the cooled, melted chocolate- stir and gradually add flour with baking powder.
Pour the resulting dough into the prepared mold and bake it. The surface should be shiny, firm - the middle will be soft, even a bit liquid (it will then solidify a bit).
We cut when it cools down ☺️
