Mix the buckwheat groats with warm water and salt, then set aside for 2 hours.
2. Step
After 2 hours add linseed oil, mix and blend into a smooth dough.
3. Step
Transfer the dough to the baking pan, then place in a preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
4. Step
After baking, remove the bread from the oven and leave it to cool before slicing it.
