Butterless Orange Cake
A delicious butterless orange cake, light and fresh, perfect to enjoy for breakfast or during relaxing moments. This recipe doesn't require butter, making it a lighter but still tasty option.

- 200 grams flour
- 200 grams sugar
- 4 egg
- 1 orange
- 1 pack baking powder v1
- 100 milliliters milk
- 50 milliliters Seed oil

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare a cake pan.
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and yeast.
In another bowl, beat the eggs.
Add the grated zest and orange juice to the eggs.
Slowly add the flour mixture to the eggs, alternating with milk and oil.
Pour the batter into the mould and bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the mould for 10 minutes, then remove it and let it cool completely on a rack.
