Carrot and Zucchini Soup

- 2 pcs carrot
- 1 pcs zucchini
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 l vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ts salt and pepper

Fry finely chopped onion and garlic in olive oil until golden.
2. Step
Add the chopped carrot and zucchini and simmer for another 5 minutes.
3. Step
Pour vegetable broth and cook until soft.
