Carrot muffins for children
Carrot muffins are a healthy and tasty variant of traditional pastries. Thanks to the fact that they contain carrots, they are full of vitamins and fibre. They are ideal for children as a healthy snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- 220 g Smooth flour
- 160 g sugar
- 150 g grated carrot
- 100 ml sunflower oil
- 2 pcs egg
- 1⁄2 spoons baking soda
- 1⁄2 spoons cinnamon
- 1⁄2 spoons baking powder
- pinch of salt

Directions
First, preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Sift the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and baking powder into a bowl and mix everything together.
In another bowl, mix the oil, eggs and grated carrots. Gradually add the dry ingredients and stir until you reach a smooth mixture.
Fill the prepared muffin tins with batter and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool and then serve.
