Cauliflower soup with carrot

- 1 piece cauliflower

- 2 Pieces onion
- 2 pcs cloves of garlic
- 1 l broth
- 2 spoons oil

1. Step
First, we prepare all the ingredients. We clean the cauliflower and cut it into smaller pieces. We peel the carrots and onions and cut them into pieces. We finely chop the garlic.

On a pan with oil, fry the onion until golden, add garlic and fry for a while. Then add carrots and cauliflower, fry everything together.
