Cheese and Fruit Pie
You can never have enough of these recipes. A traybake pie for weekend baking or for unexpected visitors.
Ingredients
Often
- 160 g Smooth spelt flour
- 160 g Semi-coarse flour
- 120 g Cane sugar
- 250 ml milk
- 100 ml Horseradish oil
- 2 pcs Eggs
- 1 package baking soda
- 1 packing vanilla sugar
Curd filling
- 500 g Curd
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 pcs egg
- 20 g Protein
- 2 tablespoon corn starch
- to taste Sweetener
- apricots
- raspberries

Directions
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar and baking powder. Add eggs and finally mix in milk and oil. Pour half of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Mix all the filling ingredients (except for the fruit). Layer the filling on the dough, arrange the fruit and pour over the second half of the dough.
Put the prepared cake into the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
