Recipe for a fantastic cheese cream soup that will be especially popular with cheese fans.

- 100 g hard cheese
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 spoons butter
- 1 spoon Plain flour
- 800 ml vegetable broth
- 200 ml cooking cream
- Salt, black pepper to taste

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
2. Step
Melt the butter in a pan and add the onion and garlic. Saute until the onions are transparent.

When the onion is transparent, add a pinch of salt, flour and stir.

Then pour the vegetable broth and let the soup cook.

Grate the cheese and stir into the soup. The thickness of the soup depends on the amount of grated cheese.
