Cheesecake in a Glass
An excellent, refreshing cheesecake in a glass 😍
Ingredients
Cream layer
- 250 g Spreadable curd cheese or mascarpone
- 150 g white chocolate
- 100 g Whipping cream 33
- pinch Vanilla or vanilla pod
Sausage queue
- 5 butter biscuits

Directions
Boil the blueberries with sugar (if needed, add a little water, 1-2 spoons)
We blend them and return them to the pot. Mix a spoonful of cornstarch in 50 ml of water and pour it into the blended blueberries. We briefly cook it and let it cool down.
Whip the curd, melted white chocolate, and whipped cream into one mass - add vanilla.
We crumble biscuits at the bottom of the glass and layer first the creamy layer - blueberry and - creamy. We can add white chocolate ganache on top: mixed in heated whipping cream.
We will chill the glasses.
