Chestnut Dessert
The Chestnut Dessert is a delicious and sweet treat for all lovers of sweet desserts.
Ingredients
Frequently:
- 5 pcs Egg white
- 7 tablespoon crystal sugar
- 5 pcs yolk
- 2 pcs vanilla sugar
- 50 ml lukewarm water
- 50 ml oil
- 3 tablespoon cocoa
- 5 tablespoon semi-coarse flour
- 1⁄2 pcs baking powder
- pinch of salt
Cream:
- 300 ml milk
- 1 bal Golden ear
- 1 pcs vanilla sugar
- 120 g soft butter
- 2 tablespoon confectionery sugar
- 400 g chestnut puree
Others:
- 500 ml whipping cream
- damson cheese

Directions
We put egg whites into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and whip it to a froth.
Approximately halfway through whisking, add 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar.
Into another bowl, we put egg yolks, crystal sugar and whisk until frothy. Gradually we pour in warm water with oil.
Add cocoa, semi-coarse flour and baking powder. Stir it and finally add whipped egg whites.
Pour the batter onto a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 15 minutes.
Chestnut cream: mix Golden Grain in milk, add sugar to it and cook a thick pudding.
We cover it with foil and let it cool down.
In a bowl, mix softened butter with powdered sugar.
Gradually add the cooled pudding.
Next, we add the chestnut puree.
We will spread jam and cream on the cooled cake.
Spread the whipped cream on top and let the chestnut dessert set in the refrigerator.
