Chicken broth recipe

This broth is my grandmother's recipe, which I have been making for my family for many years. Every weekend, when I get out the pot, I look back fondly on the days when I was learning the art of cooking in my grandmother's kitchen.

1. Step

First clean and wash the vegetables. Here it is very important to clean the celery thoroughly, because there is usually a lot of sand in the buds.

Place the chicken in a large pot and add enough water to cover.

3. Step

Add salt, freshly ground pepper, the prepared vegetables and bay leaf.

4. Step

Cook for about 2-3 hours, until the chicken is completely tender. Meanwhile, check several times to remove the foam from the top of the soup.

5. Step

When the chicken is tender, remove it from the pot and remove the meat. This step is important because any bones remaining in the soup can easily become disfigured and cause an unpleasant taste and feel.

6. Step

Put the meat back into the soup and cook for a few minutes.

7. Step

Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley at the end. Parsley is not only decorative, it's also an important source of vitamins, so don't waste it.
