Add stock, corn, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic to a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, then add mixed cornflour and water. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until it thickens. Then turn off the heat, and add a whisked egg. FInally add the shredded chicken and spring onion. Serve and enjoy!
