Chocolate Cake for Kids
A recipe for a chocolate cake for kids, suitable for a children's party.

- 200 g special fine flour
- 200 g sugar
- 75 g cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 200 g butter
- 4 egg
Chocolate filling
- 2 pcs yolk
- 1 tablespoon special fine flour
- 250 ml milk
- 50 g cooking chocolate
- 3 tablespoon cocoa
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g butter
Chocolate glaze for decoration
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 50 g butter

Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cream the butter and sugar. Gradually add the eggs and cocoa.
Mix the smooth flour with baking powder and gradually add it to the dough. Pour the dough into a mold and bake for 30 minutes.
Dissolve the chocolate in milk.
In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with sugar, add flour, starch and cocoa.
Add the melted chocolate and cook over medium heat until thickened.
Let the cream cool completely and then whip it with butter.
Let the finished corpus cool down, then slice it and spread it with chocolate filling.
To prepare the chocolate glaze, melt the chocolate again over steam and mix with butter.
Pour the frosting on top of the cake and decorate according to your own imagination with various fruits or chocolates.
