- 125 ml Creams
- 30 g butter

Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
2. Step
In a second pot, heat the cream until just before it boils.
3. Step
Add butter to hot cream and mix well.
4. Step
Mix the melted chocolate with cream and butter and let everything mix well.
5. Step
Let the filling cool and then divide it into macarons.
