Chocolate Ice Cream without Eggs

- 200 g Quality dark chocolate
- 400 ml Full-fat coconut milk
- 100 g sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract

Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
2. Step
Pour the coconut milk into a pot and add sugar. Let it on moderate heat until the sugar dissolves. Then add vanilla extract and mix well.

Add the cooled chocolate to the pot with coconut milk and stir until it dissolves and the mixture becomes smooth.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker bowl and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. If you do not have an ice cream maker, you can put the mixture into the freezer and stir every hour until it freezes.
