Chocolate Liqueur
The chocolate liqueur is a heavenly, creamy liqueur, perfect for the chilly winter evenings. It can be easily prepared and can make a great gift for chocolate lovers.
Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 250 ml milk
- 200 ml vodka
- 2 Piece vanilla pod
- 100 g confectionery sugar

Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
Heat the milk in a medium saucepan, then add the chocolate and stir until it is completely melted.
Add the vanilla pods and powdered sugar, then stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Remove the pot from the fire and let the mixture cool down.
When the mixture has completely cooled, add the vodka and mix thoroughly.
Pour the prepared liqueur into a bottle, seal it and place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours so that the flavors can meld together.
Shake the liqueur thoroughly before consumption.
