Chocolate Raspberry Muffins

- 3 egg
- 100 g crystal sugar
- 160 g special fine flour
- 30 g cocoa
- 10 g baking soda
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 100 ml milk
- 100 g chocolate
- 200 g raspberries
- 10 g vanilla
- 3 g salt

1. Step
Beat the eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt until light and fluffy. Gradually add oil, milk. Mix flour, baking powder, cocoa and vanilla and add to the mixture, beating well. Chop the chocolate (I used chocolate pieces), add it to the dough and mix.
2. Step
Prepare the mold and muffin cups. Fill them first with one layer, sprinkle with raspberries and cover with a second layer of dough. You can also add pieces of chocolate on top.
3. Step
Bake at 180 degrees. If they rise, test with a spatula if they are done.
