Christmas hot chocolate
The following recipe is a wonderful Christmas hot chocolate that I have made countless times and always enjoy seeing it being eaten with sparkling eyes. What's more, it's easy for anyone to make, as it doesn't require any serious skill.
Ingredients
- 4 mug milk
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- Whipped cream on top

Directions
We measure and prepare the ingredients. Chop the chocolate and pour the milk into the mug.
Heat the milk in a large saucepan over a slow heat. Do not boil, as it burns easily!
When warm, add the chocolate and sugar and stir.
Stir slowly until the chocolate is completely melted.
When it has a nice dark brown colour, add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
