Classic Pancakes
Try this recipe for these soft and tender pancakes with cinnamon, flavored with salted caramel and caramelized plums.

- 2 pcs egg
- 200 g special fine flour
- 1 pcs baking soda
- 1 pcs vanilla sugar
- 1 ts cinnamon
- 250 ml milk
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 30 g sugar
- pinch salt

Whisk the egg whites with sugar until foamy. Mix the other ingredients in a separate bowl and finally combine everything together. Cook on a pancake pan for 30 seconds on each side.

Melt 150 g of granulated sugar into caramel, but be careful not to burn it. Add 50 g of butter (be careful, it may splatter). Stir with a whisk and then also add 100 ml of whipping cream, which we mix in the same way and add a teaspoon of salt.
