Coconut Breakfast Cake

We mix the eggs with cottage cheese, add the remaining ingredients and stir. We pour the dough into a small baking dish that we sprayed with coconut oil. Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for approximately 15 minutes.
Mix everything together for the cream and layer it on the baked base.
Dissolve the proteinella with milk and smear it on the cake. I also drizzled vanilla-coconut butter on top and sprinkled it with coconut chips. We can consume it immediately or let it cool in the refrigerator.
