- 240 g special fine flour
- 90 g Cane sugar
- 90 g grated coconut
- 1⁄2 bal Phosphate-free PDP
- 2 pcs egg
- 60 g soft butter
- 1 pcs orange

1. Step
In a bowl, mix the flour, coconut + baking powder.
2. Step
Mix in the eggs, orange zest (from a whole orange), and juice from 1/2 an orange.
3. Step
Cream softened butter with sugar and gradually stir in the other ingredients into this butter mixture.
4. Step
Knead the dough with your hands and let it rest in a cool place for an hour.
5. Step
Next, we shape the dough into balls (about the size of a walnut) and coat them in powdered sugar.
6. Step
Bake for approximately 12 minutes at 160 °C.
