Cold cauliflower salad
This cold cauliflower salad is perfect as a side dish for meat dishes.
Ingredients
- 1 pcs cauliflower
- 1 pcs red peppers
- 1 pcs onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon With
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- salt
- black pepper

Directions
Clean the cauliflower and cut into smaller florets. Then place it in salted boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes to keep it crisp.
Clean the peppers and onions and cut them into smaller pieces. Clean and mash the garlic.
In a large bowl, mix the chopped vegetables, first the cauliflower, then the peppers and onions.
In a smaller bowl, make the dressing with the remaining ingredients - olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, honey and mustard. Mix everything well.
Pour the vinaigrette over the vegetables in the large bowl and mix thoroughly so that the vinaigrette coats all the vegetables.
Let the finished salad sit in the fridge for at least an hour to let the flavours mingle. Serve the salad chilled.
