Cottage cheese cake with snow egg white is a very popular cake in our country.

- 250 g special fine flour
- 100 g sugar
- 125 g butter
- 1 pcs egg
- 1 pcs baking powder

- 500 g Curd
- 100 g sugar
- 1 pcs vanilla sugar
- 2 pcs Yolks

- 2 tablespoon sugar

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a large bowl, mix all the dough ingredients. Work the mixture into a dough and press it onto the bottom and sides of a greased cake tin.
2. Step
For the filling preparation, mix the cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolks until smooth. Spread the filling evenly over the dough.
3. Step
Beat the egg whites with 2 tablespoons of sugar until stiff. Spread the snow over the filling.
4. Step
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes, or until the snow surface is nicely golden brown. Let the cake cool sufficiently before serving.
