First of all, I preheat my oven to 180 degrees. I grease a baking tray and place the rolled out dough on it. Here it is good to be careful not to roll the dough too thin, otherwise the strudel will not close properly.

2. Step

In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, raisins, vanilla sugar, sugar and flour. Spread the curd filling evenly over the dough, leaving about 2 cm of space around the edges. I then wrap the dough carefully and seal the edges tightly. The strudel may loosen during baking, so it is a good idea to press the dough firmly on both sides.

3. Step

Bake for approximately 45 minutes, until the strudel is a beautiful golden brown. After removing it from the oven, I sprinkle it with sugar - this small step gives the strudel an even better taste and a beautiful appearance. Let it cool and then just serve and enjoy this delicious cheesecake strudel.
