1. Step
Wash the cucumber and lemons under running water. Cut the cucumber into thin slices. Cut the lemons in half and squeeze it. Dissolve the honey in a little warm water. I do this so that the honey mixes better with the water in the drink and doesn't stay at the bottom of the container.
2. Step
Put water, cucumber, lemon juice, dissolved honey and mint leaves in a kettle or large bottle. Stir everything well.
3. Step
Finally, leave the drink in the fridge for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight, to allow the flavours to blend and combine nicely.
