- 350 g Zucchini peeled and chopped
- 2 egg
- 160 g Plain flour
- 100 g Of hard cheese
- 21⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tomato

Separate the yolks from the whites. And whip the whites until stiff.
We clean the zucchini, cut it into cubes and put it in the blender.
Add the egg yolks and mix together.
We will transfer it to a bowl, add cheese, chopped tomato, crushed garlic, baking powder, and flour.
Stir well, add herbs and spices to taste.
Finally, we mix in the egg whites.
Pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and put it in a preheated oven.
Bake at 180/40-45 minutes until golden.
Select and let cool.
You can also add ham or chicken meat to the path.
