Curd Fruit Pie with Gelatin
This curd pie is a great solution for all lovers of delicate and fruity desserts. Thanks to the combination of curd and various fruits, it not only tastes great, but is also relatively healthy.

- 200 g self-rising flour
- 100 g butter
- 1 pcs egg
- 70 g sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 500 g Curd
- 2 pcs Eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 1 bal vanilla sugar

- 500 g fruit
- 2 packages gelatin

Dough - Put all the ingredients for the dough into the bowl and knead until smooth. Roll out the dough and place it in a greased mold.
Filling - Mix the curd with eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar. Spread the filling evenly over the dough.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 40 minutes. Then let the cake cool completely.
Wash the fruit, clean it and cut it into smaller pieces. Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions on the package and mix it with the fruit. Spread the fruit with gelatin on the cooled pie and let the gelatin set.
Serve the cake chilled. Bon appetit!
