- 400 Flowers
- 1 lemon Bigger
- 2 l water
- 2 kg Crystal sugar

1. Step
Rinse the collected flowers in cold water.
2. Step
Add slices of lemon, cook for 15 minutes, and let steep for 24 hours.
3. Step
The next day, I strained it, added sugar, and let it cook for 1 hour. Then I poured the syrup into sterilized bottles and closed them tightly.
4. Step
I store the syrup in a dark, cool room.

PS: With a slice of lemon, it's perfect and will definitely refresh perfectly on summer days.
