Dandelion Syrup
I gave it minimal chances but it's EXCELLENT🤩 I'm definitely repeating it next year but in larger quantities🤭
Ingredients
- 400 Flowers
- 1 lemon Bigger
- 2 l water
- 2 kg Crystal sugar

Directions
Rinse the collected flowers in cold water.
Add slices of lemon, cook for 15 minutes, and let steep for 24 hours.
The next day, I strained it, added sugar, and let it cook for 1 hour. Then I poured the syrup into sterilized bottles and closed them tightly.
I store the syrup in a dark, cool room.
PS: With a slice of lemon, it's perfect and will definitely refresh perfectly on summer days.
