Delicious Ziti
The first time I prepared this dish, I was truly impressed with its simplicity and the richness of flavors it blends. Depending on your palate, you can adapt it by increasing the amount of cheese or choosing a sauce with more body. I would definitely recommend everyone to try making it at home, you won't regret it!

- 500 grams Ricotta cheese

Directions
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Then cook the Ziti pasta in salted water according to package directions. Make sure the pasta is al dente as it will continue to cook in the oven.
In a large bowl, mix together the marinara sauce, ricotta, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, eggs and parsley; we'll call this the cheese mixture. If you like, you can add a little minced garlic for extra flavor.
When pasta is ready, drain and add to cheese mixture. Mix until pasta is well coated.
Evenly distribute half of the dough in a baking dish. For a good result, I suggest doing it in a ceramic dish, as it will heat evenly.
Sprinkle half of the remaining mozzarella cheese over the pasta. Then cover that layer with the rest of the pasta and finish with the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until the cheese melts and begins to brown. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving, this step is super important as it allows the flavors to blend completely.
